hi everyone! sorry i haven't posted anything new in awhile. super busy at work and haven't need to create anything....except for now! Alissa....if you are reading...STOP! NO PEEKING! one of my dearest college friends and who was a bridesmaid in my wedding is getting married this weekend! :) here is the inspiration for my creations below, the wedding invite. Alissa made them!

As in another post, i covered up the information on the invite for privacy. |
Alissa and Dave wanted money for their honeymoon, which was fine. problem i was having was that stephanie does not just give money in an envelope....LOL! the photos show the stages of my creation....a hawaiian money lei!

So there are the parts to the lei....you ready to see the finished product????? Here you go.....

I love them! i think they are fun and completely unexpected! the money flowers come off the lei so that the rest is still intact! oh....wait....of course there is a fabulous card, too!
I am so excited for Alissa and Dave and can't wait for to see them on saturday! we are off on vacation for the next week so crafting will have to wait, but next up on the schedule is mom and raren's dough buddy business sign! much love to all!
As always Stephanie... BEAUTIFUL! How clever with the lei's. I'm sure Alissa will love them. Please pass on congratulations to them for me!!
