Christmas Card Workshop

I hosted my very first workshop 2 weeks ago!  i was very nervous, but excited!  well....aren't you curious as to what we made?

of course, i won't disappoint you...here is what we did! :)

A very different kind of christmas card...which is why i love it!  gold embossing make the tree and "season's greetings" feel really elegant and flashy!

I call this the very traditional christmas color card.  bright red and green scream christmas!

i call this the country christmas color card.  it is a very subdued red and green, but then a little bling doesn't hurt anyone, does it?!?!

This is my modern christmas card....a deep red and deep green, otherwise known as cherry cobbler red and old olive green!

Here is a close up of the tree and the little silver dots i used as "ornaments."  i like the dimension it gives the tree!

and last but not least....my FAVORITE out of the five cards!  a blue snowflake wonderland card with bling!  it has everything i love...blue and bling!

oh, and you can't forget about the inside...and some more sparkle!  a coworker of mine said the silver on the back ground looks like snow falling...love it!
so at the workshop, everyone made 25 cards....5 of each design!  it was a marathon of a day, but everyone said they had a lot of fun, but were definitely tired at the end of the day.  i also provided lunch and a special project...i found online how to stamp on a candle....i know...you are dying to see some pics....ill  post some soon and how we did it.  it was really cool and what a great homemade gift for the holidays!

i now, can't wait for my next workshop!  don't know what it is yet...but there will definitely be more in my future!  happy weekend everyone! :)
